We love to make beautiful custom wedding bands for our clients that represent a lifetime together.
In many cases to complement a unique engagement ring or to fit the personal tastes of a creative personality, a custom wedding band may be a wonderful project. We have produced many custom wedding bands throughout the years that reflect the personality of a bride and groom. Whether we are creating a design that is inspired by nature, or a ring representing your family's heritage, putting thought into a custom wedding band is an inspiring experience. We recently embarked on a project to create a pair of custom wedding bands that turned out to be some of the most beautiful we ever made.
We started this project a year ago by making a spectacular platinum engagement ring using the bride's grandmother's marquise diamond. The customer wanted a wide ring that made a significant statement highlighting her grandmother's beautiful marquise diamond. We highlighted the wide platinum band with a rose gold accompaniment. The engagement ring turned out spectacularly and has been a source of great satisfaction for my client.
When we made the engagement ring, there were small marquise diamonds left over from her grandmother's wedding ring. We saved these stones to incorporate into a wedding band to complement the engagement ring. We designed an eternity band with marquise diamonds going point to point around the finger. This ring would casually fit next to this set or could be worn by itself. We made this wedding ring in 14k rose gold to match the engagement ring.
The groom had definitive ideas for his matching wedding band. He wanted his own fashion statement, matching his personality and her engagement ring. We followed the design of the engagement ring by using a wide platinum band with the same square corners. We incorporated a piece of inlaid 14k rose gold into the platinum band. Marsha did a great job of crafting this ring which turned out as a truly spectacular piece of art.
These rings make a true fashion statement and complement each other to make a wonderful matched pair. They are bands that will last for a lifetime with a look that will never go out of style. These are truly heirloom wedding rings that could be passed on to future generations, just as the bride's grandmother handed down her beautiful marquise wedding ring.
Making jewelry for future generations to enjoy is a task that we love to accomplish. I feel the essence of jewelry is to be able enjoy a beautiful piece of jewelry that has a beautiful history.
